SOME PAINTINGS FIND YOU

OTHERS ARE BROUGHT TO LIFE FOR YOU

A woman in a red and black patterned dress walks through a lush garden with hanging moss and dense greenery, with tall trees and a winding path.

stories of connection

Many artists prefer to create entirely without restrictions. But I genuinely love commissions. Creating a custom piece forces me to look beyond my own internal world. It pushes me to grow, to listen, and to connect with your story, translating your vision into a tangible reality.

I believe art doesn't just enrich a space; it has to breathe with it. The size of the canvas, the textures, the natural light - they all influence one another. Whether you fell in love with a piece that is already sold, or you have a vision but need guidance to find the right piece of art for your space, we can co-create something that is entirely yours.

“What pleasantly surprised us is that is had the same colour palette as Dreams (as discussed) but on the other side it is really different. That makes it a unique piece.
We felt heard and understood, for example about the fact that we didn't want to think about new colors and get updates as it would give us the urgency to think, while.we were happy.to just be surprised with the end result.”

how a commission comes to life

We begin with a simple conversation. We’ll explore what speaks to you. We discuss size, colors, the light in your room, and most importantly, what you want to feel or reminded of when you look at the painting.

the vision

If the connection feels right, we move forward. A 20% deposit secures your commission, and I begin the creative process.

the commitment

A piece that evolves with you. I love working together, so I will send you visual updates along the way. You are more than welcome to guide the process and share your thoughts. But you are also free to be surprised at the very end.

creative process

When it is complete, the painting is yours. If it truly speaks to you, you pay the remaining 80%. If not, there is no pressure. My only goal is for you to have a piece you deeply connect with.

final decision

Follow your heart

“Me and my girlfriend commissioned a painting for our new house, specifically for the living room. The experience of working with Ana was satisfactory from every point of view: she heard our needs, she was timely and she delivered an excellent painting which is now part of our living room as a main character.
Ana was very receptive to our needs. The fact that she was available to be physically present in our home when we exposed our desire was utterly important to us. Also, she gave us status updates of her WIP and asked whether we wanted anything to change.”
